Gina began making mosaics around ten years ago. Previously she restored classic boats and used to work in the Slipways. Gina, also a wood carver, lives on a 50 ft fishing trawler, currently under repair in the dry dock on the island.


Gina's Island Mosaics are generally sold to interior designers. Rivers and oceans often provide inspiration. Influences are Gaudi and Dali.


Gina would like to make a large public mosaic. For instance, a ceramic walkway for a community park on the Twickenham Riverside site opposite Eel Pie Island.
